What you will do
We use Celonis to show what processes, master data and customizing really look like in SAP systems – in SAP ECC as well as SAP S/4HANA. On that basis, our customers make better decisions, whether in day-to-day operations, in process optimization or during a transformation.
As part of a small team, you work on real customer projects from day one and quickly take on responsibility.
- Connect SAP data and transform it with SQL
- Build analyses, dashboards and KPIs in Celonis
- Analyze processes such as order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay or production
- Discuss results with customers and implement improvements
- Develop our own Celonis apps further

Working Student (m/f/d) Process Mining
Your tasks
- You build analyses, dashboards and KPIs in Celonis.
- You prepare SAP data with SQL and develop data models further.
- You contribute to our own Celonis apps and our demo environment.
- You support our team in customer projects, from analysis to presentation.
What you bring
- Studies in business informatics, economics, computer science or a similar field
- Basic SQL skills or a strong wish to learn them
- Interest in SAP and business processes such as purchasing, sales or production
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
- Very good German and good English
A plus: your first certificates from the free Celonis Academy.

Your tasks
- You take on your own sub-project, e.g. analyzing a process in Celonis from raw data to the finished dashboard.
- You get to know SAP processes and tables in purchasing, sales and production.
- You accompany our team in customer projects and workshops.
- You earn your first Celonis certifications during the internship.
What you bring
- Current studies in business informatics, economics, computer science or a similar field
- Interest in data, SAP and business processes
- First experience with SQL or Excel analyses is helpful
- Very good German and good English
After your internship, we are happy to supervise your thesis, especially bachelor’s theses.

Your tasks
- You are responsible for Celonis projects at our customers, from data integration to implementing improvements.
- You analyze SAP processes in O2C, P2P and production and derive concrete measures.
- You run workshops with business departments and IT.
- You develop our own Celonis apps further.
What you bring
- A degree in business informatics, economics or a similar field
- Experience with Celonis and SQL, ideally with certification
- A good understanding of SAP logistics processes
- Enjoy working with customers and a confident manner
- Very good German and good English

Writing your thesis at FITS-P
We are happy to supervise theses on process mining and SAP, especially bachelor’s theses. The prerequisite is an internship with us: that way you get to know our topics and our team, and together we find a topic that suits both you and our projects.
